For helping to promote sleep: add 5 – 15 drops to an essential oil diffuser. Place this in the bedroom and turn it on about fifteen minutes before you go to bed.Depending on the type of diffuser used, the diffuser may be used with a timer that turns off the diffuser in one to two hours or left on throughout the night.

For use on the body: Sleep Well Blend can be used to create a massage oil blend. Use from 8 to 16 drops (about 2.5% to 5%) added to 10mL of a good quality vegetable oil.It can be used with a relaxation massage application, to the whole body or selected areas.

This massage blend can also be self-applied, best applied to the abdomen and the heart area.

For a relaxing bath: Fill the bath and then add 5 to 8 drops of Sleep Well Blend to the bath water. Mix the surface of the water with your hand to make sure it is dispersed.

The essential oils in the bath will penetrate the skin to some degree and the warm bath water helps to evaporate some of the essential oil to release their aroma.
