1 x 10ml Bergamot Essential Oil: Known for its calming and uplifting properties, Bergamot may promote and restore communication.
1 x 10ml Geranium Essential Oil: The great harmoniser; with a herbaceous rose like scent, the essential oil of geranium may help return us from anxiety to a place of calm while retaining alertness.
1 x 10ml Cedarwood Essential Oil: The warm soothing scent may restore us from feelings of anger and may promote a sound sleep.
1 x 10ml Frankincense Essential Oil: Often used during meditation practice, frankincense essential oil may reduce stress and ease the mind and body into a state of relaxation.
1 x 95ml Sweet Almond Carrier Oil: Packed with Vitamin E, Sweet Almond is is your all-natural skin moisturiser. Great for use in massage and skin hydration. Simply combine a couple of drops of your favourite essential oil to the carrier oil to use.

Ingredients & Excipients

Bergamot Essential Oil: Citrus aurantium var. bergamia (Bergamot) oil
Cedarwood Essential Oil: Juniperus virginiana (Cedarwood) oil
Geranium Essential Oil: Pelargonium graveolens (Geranium) oil
Frankincense Essential Oil: Boswellia serrata (Frankincense) oil
Sweet Almond Carrier Oil: Prunus amygdalus dulcis oil

Direction for Use

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil to a diffuser. You can also blend two, three or all four of your Emotional Restore collection.
Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle may help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.
Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.
Bath: Add 2-3 drops in a dispersant, such as oil, to the bath to create a relaxing atmosphere while nourishing your skin.
Topically: Mix 1 drop of chosen essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.
