1 x 10ml Lavender Essential Oil: A light floral aroma, well known for its relaxing and healing qualities. Lavender is a nerve tonic and may be beneficial in times of stress, irritation and sleeplessness.
1 x 10ml Peppermint Essential Oil: A fresh and invigorating essential oil that may uplift the spirit, stimulate mental clarity and improve concentration.
1 x 10ml Eucalyptus Essential Oil: A familiar camphorous aroma that is medicinal and clearing to the mind, well-known for its traditional use on the respiratory system.
1 x 10ml Geranium Essential Oil: A sweet and heavy floral aroma that may exert mood enhancing, hormone balancing and skincare properties.
1 x 10ml Lemongrass Essential Oil: A powerful, bright and fresh aroma that may provide strong antibacterial and energising properties.
1 x 10ml Jasmine 3% Essential Oil: The exotic sweet floral aroma of Jasmine essential oil is warming and comforting to the emotions. It is said to inspire trust and confidence while restoring us from lower moods, emotional disconnection and lethargy.
1 x 10ml Lemon Essential Oil: A clean, uplifting and refreshing scent with antiseptic properties. May help improve concentration, increase energy and prevent the spread of germs.
1 x 10ml Tea Tree Essential Oil: Tea Tree is thought to be an uplifting and stimulating essential oil. It can be added to cleaning products as it has a strong antimicrobial action.
1 x 10ml Rosemary Essential Oil: The ‘pick me up’ oil. May boost motivation, concentration and memory. Helpful when studying or for energising in the morning.
Ingredients & Excipients
Lavender Essential Oil: Lavandula angustifolia/lavandula intermedia (Lavender) oil.
Peppermint Essential Oil: Mentha piperita (Peppermint) oil.
Eucalyptus Essential Oil: Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus) oil.
Geranium Essential Oil: Pelargonium graveolens (Geranium) oil.
Lemongrass Essential Oil: Cymbopogon schoenanthus (Lemongrass) oil.
Jasmine 3% Essential Oil: Jasminum sambac (Jasmine) oil 3%, in a grapeseed base.
Lemon Essential Oil: Citrus limonum (Lemon) oil.
Tea Tree Essential Oil: Melaleuca alternifolia (Tea Tree) oil.
Rosemary Essential Oil: Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) oil.
Direction for Use
Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil to a diffuser. You can also blend two or more of your collection.
Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.
Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.
Bath: Add 2-3 drops, in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath to create a relaxing atmosphere while nourishing your skin.
Topically: Mix 1 drop of chosen essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.
Hand or foot bath: Add 2 drops to a bowl of water.
Compress: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water. For treating inflammation or to cool down, use cold to room temperature water. For aching, tight muscles use warm to hot water. Agitate a face washer in the water, wring out excess moisture and apply washer to the affected area. Repeat two or three times as the compress cools down or warms up.
Steam Treatment: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming hot water. Place your face close to the bowl and cover the back of your head and bowl with a towel to trap the aromatic vapours. Caution due to risk of burns or scalding and keep eyes covered during treatment.
