Where do you ship to and what delivery method is used?

Willow Holistics Co  delivers to Australian addresses. All orders are dispatched by contract courier companies, including Australia Post for smaller parcels. We use the best available couriers but cannot guarantee short delivery times so please ensure you allow an extra half day whenever possible.

Delivery delays may be experienced due to high volume of customer orders, especially at peak times such as beginning of month, pre-Christmas, after public holidays or due to extreme weather events or unforeseen courier demands. 

What are your delivery charges?

All orders are shipped using Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. Delivery is a flat rate of $12.10, or FREE for orders over $175. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large and commercial orders

Can I pick up my order?

No, at present we are an online store only that delivers direct to you. 

What happens if my goods are faulty?

Please contact us if you have any concerns in relation to the quality of any of our products. We will refund or exchange any faulty item purchased from our store and reimburse any associated reasonable return postage costs, if the product is determined faulty through no fault of the customer.  To request a return just email us at info@willowholisticsco.com.au and provide us with your full name and address, the original invoice/order number, and the reason for claiming the refund or exchange.

What happens if I change my mind & want a refund?

Willow Holistics Co handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

If you change your mind requests for credits or returns must be made within 7 days of delivery of goods. Items supplied on a ‘No Return Basis’ including but not limited to cosmetics and special order items will not be accepted for return.

If you change your mind or order items ordered in error may be accepted for return at the cost to the customer.

How to use our online store?

To find an item browse through our collections using the navigation menu in the Shop menu. When you find a product that you would like to purchase, you can click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Once you have finished your product selections, click ‘Checkout’.

At the checkout, you will be asked to enter your delivery and payment details. Your credit card details are securely transmitted using industry standard SSL encryption technology.

If you wish to purchase more than one of an item, click ‘Add to Cart’ the number of times of the quantity you wish – or go to the Shopping Cart page and click + or 1 to adjust the quantity.

You are welcome to email us with questions prior to purchasing online. 

Postage/shipping costs will be automatically added to your order at the checkout.

You will receive an automatic confirmation of your order by email. Should you not receive this email, it means that your order may not have been confirmed. Please contact us to check.
