Scotch Pine Essential Oil is produced by steam distilling the needles of Pinus sylvestris, a tall coniferous tree. It is thought to be a good respiratory and antimicrobial oil & is well regarded for its use in household cleaning applications. For emotional and spiritual applications, Scotch Pine Essential Oil is considered a cleansing and a clearing essential oil, and it may be helpful for clearing the mind of clutter and helping to clear a space of negativity prior to meditation. Massage: Add 5 drops to 10ml carrier oil.
Bath: Add 12-20 drops in full bath.
Vaporise: Add 8-10 drops in bowl of vaporiser.
