Lime Essential Oil: Citrus aurantifolia (Lime) oil.
Peppermint Essential Oil: Peppermint mentha arvensis (Peppermint) oil.
Clarity & Focus Essential Oil Blend: Citrus aurantium dulcis (Orange) oil, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) oil, Citrus aurantium amara (Bitter Orange) oil, Cananga odarata (Ylang Ylang) flower oil.

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil to a diffuser. You can also blend two or all three of your Clarity & Focus collection.
Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.
Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.
